Every brand out there with aspirations of attracting a significant number of metalheads is bound to have at least one series of V-shaped guitars. ESP has several of them and the V is the main one. It`s divided into the ESP Standard and LTD Standard and Deluxe sections. LTD side of the line deals with affordable variants and is aimed at less experienced players, as well as the ones who can not afford the top level instrument. V-401FM is a solid-bodied guitar with a mahogany/maple body and set thru maple neck. Basic bridge construction simplifies the string changing and makes it easier to keep the intonation in check. Two EMG 81 pickups make sure sails of this gorgeous six-stringer never run out of wind. 24-fret rosewood fingerboard completes the specs.
