DESCRIPTION
The 3 Series Screamer features a raised noise floor for more volume, headroom, and versatility than the coveted vintage green overdrive pedals. Its emphasized mid frequencies and attenuated bass produce a distinct lifted overdrive tone that takes amps to the edge of breakup. It’s perfect for flavoring clean tones, saturating lead lines, or giving extra-dirty tone more focus and definition. Plus, the 3 Series Screamer also works great as a colored boost for parts that need to sparkle and cut through a mix! For extra customization, the pedal’s 2-way toggle switch allows picking different clipping modes: symmetrical for classic overdrive grit with more focus and sustain, or asymmetrical “strong mod” clipping for a wider overdrive that’s rough and loose around the edges.
