When Dave Friedman and Grover Jackson were designing the Friedman line of guitars a lot of thought was put into every aspect of the instrument build, especially the pickups. Inspired by both modern and vintage guitar tones, Dave wanted to make sure that the pickups used in all Friedman guitars delivered the exact tone he envisioned. With Dave’s clear vision and Grover’s unsurpassed skills, the Friedman Classic Pickup line was born!

The Friedman Triple-D Humbucker is an extension of the Friedman Classic Pickup line. The Triple-D Humbucker delivers a punchy modern inspired tone with a “Hard Rock” modern edge. The Friedman Triple-D Humbucker is a perfect match for any guitarist looking for a higher output pickup while also achieving articulate tonal clarity.

FRED® started out as a prototype designed to add a little midrange to the PAF Pro®. When we sent one of the first ones to Joe Satriani, he discovered and exploited a unique tonal characteristic — the ability of the FRED® to emphasize upper midrange and treble harmonics through an overdriven and distorted amp. Many standard humbuckers have a tendency to fatten up with distortion. The FRED® does the opposite; it gets tighter and brighter, much like a single-coil. Joe uses the FRED® strictly as a bridge pickup, but it’s also a distinctive neck pickup — it works really well with any humbucker of equal or higher output.

  • ร้าน CT Music Shop ตั้งอยู่ที่ไหน?
  • ตั้งอยู่ในซอยเชื่อมระหว่างซอยสุขุมวิท 38 และ 40 สำหรับท่านที่มาเป็นครั้งแรกแนะนำให้มาจากทางซอยสุขุมวิท 38 เนื่องจากเดินทางได้สะดวกกว่า (ซอยสุขุมวิท 40 เป็นซอย one way ถ้าเลยอาจจะกลับรถลำบาก) โดยซอยสุขุมวิท 38 ตั้งอยู่ใต้สถานีรถไฟฟ้าทองหล่อพอดี สามารถลงจากรถไฟฟ้าทองหล่อ ออกทางออกที่ 4 ลงมาก็จะเจอกับซอยสุขุมวิท 38 ทันที ร้านตั้งอยู่ในซอยเข้ามาประมาณ 600 เมตร ก็จะเจอซอยเลี้ยวซ้ายซึ่งเป็นซอยเชื่อมกับซอยสุขุมวิท 40 (เป็นเลี้ยวซ้ายเดียวที่มีในซอย 38) เมื่อเลี้ยวซ้ายมาแล้วร้านจะอยู่ซ้ายมือทันทีเป็นตึกอาคารชุดสีน้ำตาลสองแถวหันหน้าเข้าหากัน (ร้านอยู่ฝั่งขวาครับ)
