The Fender MIJ Traditional 60s Telecaster Custom Rosewood in Arctic White is a limited-edition model built by Fender Japan, offering vintage style alongside modern appointments. Resurrecting the classic feel, look, and tones of the coveted 60s model is no mean feat, but the team at Fender have pulled it off with precision. DISTINCTIVE TELE’ BODY
The Fender MIJ Traditional 60s Tele’ is shaped to the iconic single-cutaway body profile. Built using a Fender favourite, alder, the body retains a lightweight feel in the hands. The slim body depth makes it easier for your fretting hand to move with freedom.
Noted for its balanced tonal palette, alder is perfect for delivering that customary Tele’ twang we’ve all come to know and love. With a healthy mid-range energy, the Tele’ packs a mighty punch with a delightfully articulate high-end. The polyester finish prevents premature damage from affecting the arctic white paint work, whilst the black pickguard adds protection whilst complementing the paint work and binding.
CLASSIC TELE’ NECK
Joined to the body is a sturdy maple neck, which is fitted using a solid 4-bolt joint. The neck is shaped to a substantial yet manageable “U”-shape neck profile, which sits just right in the hand. A polyester neck finish prevents unwanted stickiness or tackiness from impeding your progress to encourage a fast-playing feel. Paired with the neck is a gorgeous rosewood fingerboard, which is home to 21 frets that are decorated with white dot inlays to guide your way.

UNIQUE TREM SYSTEM
The Fender MIJ Traditional 60s Telecaster Custom Rosewood in Arctic White is fitted with a three-saddle vintage-style strings-through-body bridge with threaded saddles to provide a snug bed for each string. The result is optimised intonation and sustain with the utmost stability. The headstock is home to chrome die-cast tuning machines to ensure that tuning integrity is upheld with dutiful precision.
