The Made in Japan Traditional series was derived by fusing Fender’s traditional instrument-making aesthetics with sophisticated Japanese craftsmanship. Fender’s orthodox DNA is revived with certain Made in Japan quality.
The 2023 Collection, MIJ Traditional 60s Mustang®, Olympic White with Red Competition Stripe has a gloss-finished basswood body, vintage-style 22 frets, and a 9.5-inch radius “U” shape maple neck that is unique to the Traditional series. We provide performance products. A floating bridge with a dynamic vibrato tailpiece and original pickups selected for the Traditional series deliver realistic and musical vintage tones.
This product adopts an eye-catching “competition stripe” reminiscent of a racing car that can be differentiated from other players. Solid guitar craftsmanship and flexible answers to player needs are reflected in this series.
